1 · Who and what

These terms govern the VoxClip desktop app and the VoxClip Plus subscription service, offered by VoxClip VOF, a general partnership (VOF), Netherlands, KvK 89167317 ("VoxClip", "we"). By installing the app or subscribing you accept these terms. Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Dutch or EU law.

2 · The free app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use VoxClip on devices you own or control. The free features run locally and need no account. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where law permits.

3 · VoxClip Plus

Plus starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews at €6.99 per month or €59 per year, stated inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices and the current feature list are on voxclip.it/pricing; billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime via the in-app billing portal, and Plus then runs until the end of the trial or paid period. We don't refund partial periods except where the law requires.

4 · Withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting the subscription you ask us to provide the service immediately; if you withdraw after service has begun, we may charge proportionally for the period already provided.

5 · Your content

Everything you capture remains yours; we claim no rights to it. Synced content is end-to-end encrypted and we cannot access it. You are responsible for your recovery code: if you lose it, synced data cannot be restored by us or anyone. Your local Timeline is your own copy; keep normal device backups.

6 · Acceptable use

Don't use VoxClip to break the law, to violate others' rights, to probe or disrupt our services, or to attempt to defeat the encryption or entitlement systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

7 · Availability & changes

VoxClip is actively developed software from a small maker. We aim for reliable service but Plus is provided without uptime guarantees; features may evolve. If we discontinue Plus or materially remove a core paid feature, we'll give reasonable notice and won't charge beyond what was provided. The free app keeps working locally regardless of our servers.

8 · Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for data loss you could have prevented with the recovery code and ordinary backups. Our total liability per year is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if you paid nothing). None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

9 · Termination

You can stop using the app anytime; deleting your account ends these terms for Plus. We may terminate for breach of section 6 with notice where feasible.

10 · Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands; consumers may also rely on the courts of their own EU country of residence where the law provides.
